1. What makes Art and Soul Diamond Painting and Accessories kits unique?

Our diamond painting canvases are all poured glue with resin drills in round and square, crystal drills in round and square, AB and Soul Dust. 

2. What are shipping times, locations, and shipping policies?

ALL KITS BOTH US & INTERNATIONAL ARE 100% FREE SHIPPING. THIS INCLUDES ALL DUTIES AND CUSTOMS FEES FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS. 

Kits are made to order. We do not stock inventory. When you place an order, the order is sent on to our supplier in China. The kit is produced and then shipped.

US CUSTOMERS: It takes approximately 2-4 weeks for your order to be received. This time frame depends on the number of orders we have received. Once produced, kits are shipped to us stateside. Your kits are then boxed up into our branded boxes and extras, such as washi tape & coverminders are added to the kits. A shipping label is then created with a tracking number, and added to your order and is visible on your order details on the website under your account. Your package is then shipped out from Georgia.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: It takes approximately 1-3 weeks for your order to be received. This time frame depends on the number of orders we have received. Once produced, kits are shipped directly to you from the supplier. At this time, the extras of washi tape and coverminders are not added to the kits. A shipping label is created, and a tracking number provided. However, this tracking is not being updated currently, and will be changing in the future to allow you to track your order.

3. What are your cancellation policies?

CANCELLATIONS: Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement. Our kits are produced on demand, and after 48 hours your kit has already been placed in queue and is being produced. It is not guaranteed that we can make any changes to your order after this time. Please contact customer service to inquire.

4. Why is my order marked fulfilled?

This sales platform requires us to mark fulfilled within a set number of days and is not set up to accurately capture the steps of a drop-shipping based company. It does cause confusion. Your order is marked fulfilled when your order is places with the manufacturer. From there, please see the shipping policies for tracking information. 

5. Are images hand or computer rendered?

Both. We have started offering some images with hand rendering. All hand-rendered images are marked in the image description. Any images that do not say hand-rendered are computer-rendered. We are updating all listings but it takes time. We appreciate your patience.
